Service Problems - Please contact us immediately if there is a service related problem.
Winter Service - Please remember to clear a path to and around your trash and recycling containers for the safety of our drivers and your employees.
Remember, state and local laws require everyone in Wisconsin to recycle newspaper, magazines, cardboard, glass/plastic/aluminum/steel food and beverage containers, tires, yard waste, appliances, motor oil, lead acid batteries, electronics and office paper. Call your local recycling office for more information or visit: http//dnr.wi.gov/topic/Recycling/law.html or http://dnr.wi.gov/files/PDF/pubs/wa/WA422.pdf.
Inaccessible Containers - Containers that are blocked in will not be emptied until the next scheduled pickup day. A return trip will be subject to a $35 fee.
Items that are banned from the landfill such as tires, paint and medical waste will not be picked up. Only nonhazardous solid waste will be removed.
There will be an additional charge for heavy items such as concrete, asphalt, dirt or shingles. Please call ahead for pricing and to schedule a pickup.
Holiday Information - We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your scheduled pick up falls on one of these days, then your containers will be emptied either the day before or the day after the holiday. Please call for your exact pickup day.
